Changing paper size:

1. Send document to FinePrint
2. Select Destination printer
3. Click on the drop down list of printers and the selected printer should be ticked
4.Select 'Properties' from towards the bottom of the printers list
- select 'Layout' choose 'portrait' or 'landscape'
- select Paper/Quality and select paper source ie. tray 1 or 2 etc.
- click 'Advanced' button at bottom of the Properties dialogue box you currently have open and select paper size
5. Click OK on each dialogue box to save the settings and close the dialogue boxes
6. Check the second status box in at the bottom of the FinePrint preview it should have the new paper size.

Creating presets:

If you want to keep these settings as presets:
1. Click on the settings gear wheel icon and select 'Create new FinePrinter'
2. Enter a meaningful name ie. "FinePrint A3 tray2"
Click OK to save
When using FinePrint next time these settings will appear as a second FinePrinter

To rename or change a preset 'FinePrinter':
1. Go to Control panel 'Devices and printers'
2. Right click on Fineprint and select 'Properties'
- overtype the name change settings etc.

To delete a preset  'FinePrinter'
1. Go to Control panel 'Devices and printers'
2.Right click on Fineprint and select 'Delete print queue'
3. Click on the name of the 'FinePrinter' to delete.
