Licensing questions

The licence is per user and not per machine. Therefore if you have a desktop and a laptop PC you can use it on both computers.

The software is not a 'concurrent' licence, so each user requires a licence. On the server version the licence can be re-used by uninstalling it from the user's workstation. This can be done at the workstation or by an administrator on the server.

A licence entitles you to download free updates within your licence number. For example if you have pdfFactory version 4 any updates starting with 4.xx.

How to buy

Download the software from this site via the Download menu. The software is initially in trial form, which is fully functional but includes a 'Trial' footer on the output. It will let you test the software and can be licensed. There is no need to download a separate licensed version.
You can buy directly by credit card from the online shop (click the link) or call us on 01926 842998.. We will invoice businesses.
Licensing is 'per user' so if you want to put the software on a network you need a licence for each user.
